The day begins at 7:30am with a meditation followed by the opportunity to shower or take a refreshing walk in the surrounding forest. Next you will be introduced to methods of preparing and consuming well balanced fruit juices. Then it is time for excercise like hiking, Satsang, Eye-meditation, or another excercise from different regimes that Fons is familiar with.



Every afternoon from 2 until 3 we'll sit together in the garden and during this hour you'll be able to speak about what is in your heart. Don't expect answers from someone else, but rather listen to what comes to you from within.

After settling down during the first few days the silent segment of the program begins. Making a connection with the source within you through silence passes hidden and often disturbing feelings and thoughts from you. The silence without creating a new healing silence within.

At the end of the day Fons will teach you how to make nourishing, satisfying, and especially tasty salads using raw vegetables, seeds, grains, and nuts.

Depending upon the wishes of the participants of the retreat Fons will make a choice of evening activity consisting of either talks or meditation.
