Balance Workshop
19 June - 26 June 2010
The goal of this 7-day retreat is balance in mind, body, and spirit. The retreat is at the Milonga facilities in Coq Banni in northern France.
Learn a new way of preparing foods, enjoying active meditations to experience renewed balance and purity in body and spirit.

To achieve this Fons applies the following four disciplines:




Raw FoodS
The preparation of raw vegetables, nuts, fruits and grains offers the body 'live' nourishment. It is live food that is far more in tune with nature and its abundance of nutritional content.

Exercise
The movement of the body by walking relaxes the mind while exercising the body bringing each into greater harmony with each other.

Active Meditation
Light energy for your body, mind, and soul allowing you to connect with the 'empty space' within.

Silence
By standing still in awareness of yourself allowing the age old questions such as 'who am i?' and 'is truth universal or personal?' being an impartial observer of your thoughts leads to becoming 'stillness'.

The Atmosphere
During this week become as a hermit. An entire week without telephones, televisions, books or other distractions taking you away or outside of yourself.
